Tocqueville Forms Strategic Partnership with Leon Financial to Support Growth Initiatives

NEW YORK, NY – July 23, 2026 – Tocqueville Asset Management has entered into a strategic partnership with Leon Financial Network (LFN), an affiliate of Leon Capital Group.

As part of the agreement, Tocqueville has established a credit agreement with LFN and engaged the firm in an advisory capacity to help identify acquisition prospects and provide guidance on the evaluation and structuring of potential transactions. The two firms will also vet compelling investment opportunities together.

“We will continue to evaluate acquisition prospects that align with our culture and serve the best interests of our clients,” said Paul Kleinschmidt, CEO of Tocqueville Asset Management. “LFN is a terrific partner, with valuable insight in the registered investment advisor space, and the agreement gives Tocqueville the flexibility to act on compelling opportunities by securing capital and expertise on terms that support our long-term vision.”

The relationship reflects Tocqueville’s disciplined, long-term approach to growth. The firm remains highly selective in considering acquisitions and recruiting opportunities, focusing on cultural alignment and its commitment to capital preservation.

“Tocqueville is an excellent home for serious investors and their clients,” said Kleinschmidt. “We look forward to exploring partnerships with like-minded RIAs that will allow us to add intellectual capital, broaden our capabilities, and continue delivering the thoughtful, client-focused investment management that has defined Tocqueville for decades.”
