Tocqueville is pleased to announce the launch of its inaugural private market fund vehicle. Tocqueville Private Markets Fund I, LP (the “Fund”) is designed to deliver diversified institutional quality alternative investments across venture capital, private equity, real estate, and private credit through a single client friendly structure. The Fund plans to allocate a majority of its capital to primary fund investments with the remainder to be direct co-investments sourced through its network of relationships.
The Fund will leverage Tocqueville’s proprietary research capabilities to invest thematically across the different asset classes. Tocqueville is partnering with Gridline Holdings, Inc. to deliver a seamless investor experience, robust manager due diligence and best-in-class portfolio management and reporting. The Fund is conducting a first closing on June 30, 2026, and will remain open for new investment for approximately 18 months.
