TORONTO AND NEW YORK, August 6, 2019 – Sprott Inc. (TSX: SII) (“Sprott”) and Tocqueville Asset Management (“Tocqueville”) today announced that Sprott Asset Management LP (“SAM”) and Tocqueville have entered into a definitive agreement regarding the acquisition by SAM of the Tocqueville gold strategies.
