Alexander Stock

Alexander Stock is a Portfolio Manager at Tocqueville Asset Management L.P.  He works closely beside senior portfolio manager Joseph Piropato.  

Prior to Tocqueville in 2021, Mr. Stock spent three years in Hong Kong with CIGP, a Swiss-based family office platform and asset management firm where he co-managed portfolios, directed research and set the firm’s investment strategy. Previously, he was a Vice President and Equity Research Analyst with Bank of America Private Bank (formerly known as U.S. Trust.)  

Mr. Stock holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from Bentley University and an M.B.A. from The University of Hong Kong and holds his Series 65 license.  He also studied at The London School of Economics and Fudan University. Mr. Stock is a member of the Foreign Policy Association and Economic Club of New York.
